Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 1, 2026

Our Commitment

StagesRx is committed to ensuring that our platform, website, and services are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone — regardless of ability — deserves equal access to the healthcare tools and information they need.

We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Scope

This statement applies to:

  • The StagesRx public website at stagesrx.com
  • The StagesRx DME supplier portal
  • The StagesRx clinic and provider portal
  • The StagesRx patient portal

Current Status

We are in active development and continuously improving the accessibility of our platform. Our current efforts include:

  • Semantic HTML structure throughout all pages and application views
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Keyboard navigability for all interactive components
  • ARIA labels and roles on dynamic content and form controls
  • Descriptive alt text on informational images
  • Focus management for modals, drawers, and multi-step forms
  • Responsive design that adapts to browser font size preferences

We acknowledge that some areas of our platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are committed to identifying and remediating these gaps on an ongoing basis.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where we are actively working to improve accessibility:

  • Some complex data tables in the reporting and claims sections may not have full screen-reader-friendly markup; we are incrementally adding ARIA table roles and captions.
  • Certain animated components may not respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query; this is on our near-term remediation list.
  • Some older PDF documents available for download may not be fully tagged for screen reader access.

Assistive Technology Support

We test our platform with the following assistive technologies and aim to maintain compatibility:

  • Screen readers: NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High-contrast display modes
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
